Our organization is guided by compassionate and experienced leaders from across the community.
Erika Fredrick’s passion for the elderly has been with her for her entire life; she made many fond childhood memories while volunteering at a nursing home, where her mother was the Activities Director. Erika began working at Evergreen Terrace in 2006 as the Life Enrichment director and in 2015 assumed the role of the Administrator. Erika attended Ferris State University where she studied Elementary Education. She has her Level 1 Administrator’s License and is currently working on her Level 2 Administrator’s license through Senior Living University. She ensures that Evergreen Terrace is not your ordinary assisted living home, but instead a place to call “home,” and she strives to promote a positive environment, not only for her dedicated staff but for her residents as well.
Erika and her husband, Rodney, are both life-long residents of Big Rapids and have two children, Zachary and Leah. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her family, camping, boating and gardening. Erika and her family are members and attend Trinity Fellowship Church here in Big Rapids.
